Background
Company exhibitor event to promote solutions to net zero housing goal. A 6m x 6m square space was booked by marketing manager before leaving the company. With less than a month to go, I took lead on this project on graphics, courier logistics and print collateral.
Project
I led in the development of the exhibition stand graphics, print collateral in the form of A5 and A4 brochures with small leaflet handouts. Our side panels were tall, LED screens which have a continuous motion graphic loop played throughout the day with facts and figures. Furthermore, I took the photography pictures myself and shot a variety of short snippet clips to create a summary video for social media.
Skyline Whitespace - Exhibition stand builders
Worked on the 3D renders with Skyline Whitespace, I prepared, designed and sent the required graphics for each panel to their print production team.
Exhibition stand design with LED animated side panels
This was a well-received stand design due to the vibrant brand colours and eye-catching animated screens on the side and a VR demo session.
Print Collateral
I produced an A4 company brochure, alongside a teaser A5 booklet for an upcoming energy efficiency framework guide.
Social media speaker card promotion
I created social media speaker cards for colleagues, who have an active speaker slot on the day to promote their session.
