Background
Inspiration came from a burning pheonix with flame wings and taking this concept, a similar artwork was created using water element.
Project
A hummingbird was chosen against a backdrop of a waterfall, blending with the wings as it takes flight. Parts of the landscape were manipulated, using the top surface of the water to define the neck and rocky wall for the outline of the body.
